“I had the best experience with everyone at Kova from start to finish. I needed a new a/c unit. They answered the phone on the weekend and after hours! All I wanted to do was leave a message. My unit was 12 years old, had a leak and there was zero Freon or pressure in it. On Monday they came out, I said yes to a new unit on Wednesday, and by Friday I was COOL again.. so kind and personable. Definitely recommend. We love our new American Standard AC.”
