Really happy with my experience with Alex and the KOVA team. They were responsive, professional, and courteous. I had a heat pump tune up and they were not only able to get out to my house the soonest but also the more affordable option. Alex was able to diagnose an issue and get replacement parts installed. He also shared ways I can improve the performance of my heat pump and what to do to keep it functioning properly.

I had a great experience with Kova heating and cooling. Our AC was not cooling at all. We had another company come out and check our AC, charged us $100 to say everything is fine. Spoiler alert everything is not fine. Our AC was frozen over completely on the main unit and under our crawlspace. They took our money they gave us no help. I called Kova and they were able to come out right away and see what was wrong. Unfortunately we needed a unit ours was older and it was time to go. They had a three week waitlist but had a client reschedule so they called us right away before the heat wave to get us in. The quality of the work was perfect they were done within one day. Our AC is finally working and keeping our house cool. Thank you Kova!
I had some pretty specific requirements for heating and cooling my workshop due to where the system had to fit and some of the other things I needed to do in here. David not only offered some great ideas for building the system in a way that accomplished all of my objectives but it looked fantastic when he was done. His crew was top notch and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. For as busy as he is, David has been extremely responsive and available throughout the project from initial bid to completion. Very happy I went with him.
